Terms of Service

1. The service

Firestop Tracker is a web application by AltaSoft Software for tracking firestop and deficiency work on construction drawings. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your company.

2. Accounts and billing

Plans are billed per company — $59/month (CAD), whole crew included, up to the published user and active-project limits. New companies get a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. You can cancel any time from the billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers.

3. Your data is yours

Projects, drawings, punches, photos and reports you upload or create belong to your company. We will never sell your data or show it to anyone outside your company. Export promise: ask us at any time — including after cancelling — and we will provide a complete export of your company's data (drawings, photos, and punch records) within 14 days. Data from cancelled accounts is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted.

4. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to access another company's data, resell the service, or use it for anything unlawful. Field access codes are credentials — treat them like passwords.

5. Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AltaSoft Software's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim. Keep your own copies of contract-critical documents.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after that means you accept the new terms.
