Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email, company name, and role. Field workers may have only a name and access code — no email required.
• Project data: the drawings, punches, photos, comments and reports your company creates. This is your data (see the Terms).
• Technical data: session cookies to keep you signed in, and server logs (IP, timestamps) kept for security and debugging.

What we do with it

Run the service. That's it. We don't sell data, run ads, or share your information with anyone outside your company, except the processors below.

Processors we rely on

• Stripe — payment processing. Card details go straight to Stripe; we only see the card brand and last four digits.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on sign-in pages.
• Our hosting provider, which stores the application database and files.

Photos and location

Punch photos are stored privately and served only to signed-in members of your company. We don't read photo GPS metadata.

Retention and deletion

Data from cancelled accounts is retained for 90 days (so you can come back or export) and then permanently deleted. You can request a full export or earlier deletion at any time — see the export promise in the Terms.
